Habits are game changers – here is why!

Set yourself up for success on social media by creating a HABIT of your social media. It may not sound exciting or even glamourous but it will transform your frustration and overwhelm with social media!
How do I know? I have experienced this transformation with my clients and with my own social media.
Habits take at least 30 days before they start to become automatic. And they happen through lots of practice - when you are consistently choosing the new behavior daily and weekly.
I’m creating a new habit of adding more movement to my day and tracking my steps. Some days it is easier than others. When it is rainy, it can be a struggle. Success comes from choosing to do it, even when I don’t want to, so I won’t let myself down. Baby steps help us create new habits and reach goals.
Have you ever tried to adopt healthier exercise or eating habits? It can be difficult until you finally quit struggling and adopt it and VOILA - it starts to get easier and it becomes just how you do things!
Patience is a virtue for a reason. We tend to be impatient (I’m speaking for myself too!) and want instant results but instant results unfortunately don’t create lasting changes.
